Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a satisfying experience with SmartVision. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process as described below.

1. Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped directly from our logistics center in China.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items purchased on clearance.

  • Any item returned after 14 days of delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@smartvision-glasses.shop with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos showing the product and packaging condition

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at contact@smartvision-glasses.shop within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
